We are a Family run farming business and we are looking for motivated and reliable Top Fruit Spray Operators to work as part of our expanding Team. We farm 3000 acres across Kent. Our machinery is modern and well maintained. We run New Holland T4 and T7 tractors, alongside Bab and Munckhof Sprayers.
The position is available immediately and we look forward to offering a full time, permanent role within our Team.

PA1

Fork truck certification would be advantageous
Full clean driving licence essential
Qualifications for PA1, PA2, and PA3 would be advantageous, however training would be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours and Benefits

Starting pay (unqualified) - £9.89 per hour basic, with overtime after 40 hours paid at £12.50 per hour

Working as a Dispatch Operative within Top Fruit pack house in Hoo, Kent
Job Overview
As a Dispatch operative you will be responsible for all the orders that need to be out loaded throughout the working day. Moving and preparing pallets with electric pallet trucks or reach trucks. you will also use our stores racking for allocation of pallets and stock.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Checking equipment prior to use, signing daily check books
Loading/unloading pallets
Making sure all trailers are loaded correctly and dispatched on time
Stock control, following our web-based system Cirrus for orders and stock (training provided)
Communication with QC leaders and QC Positive Release on daily basis
Understanding the importance of work processes
Ensuring all employees within the Dispatch Area adhere to the relevant Hygiene and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
Dispatch Operatives Require:
Strong work ethic with the ability to work to set deadlines
High levels of accuracy
Ability to work as both part of a Team, as well as on your own
Great communication skills

Quality Control - Transport Admin, within our Top Fruit pack houses in Hoo, Kent
Job Overview
QC Transport Admin is mainly focused on communicating with the different Teams within the pack house, such as Managers, Line Leaders, Quality Control Personnel. Computer skills are very advantageous.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Constant communication with Line Leaders, pack house Managers, Transport Department and more
Checking stocks
Creating orders
Creating load plans
Use of our stock system Cirrus (training will be provided)
Sending/receiving emails to various departments and customers
Ensuring all trailers are loaded correctly and dispatched on time
Understanding the importance of work processes
Ensuring that all employees adhere to Hygiene and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
Quality Control - Transport Admin Require:
