We are
looking for full time/permanent Dispatch operative to join our Team!
Certifications
and Training: Pallet truck and / or reach truck certificates
would be advantageous, but not necessary.
Experience
required – Minimum one year experience in warehouse or dispatch setting
Physical
Fitness and Dexterity: Heavy/Dexterous work including sitting for long periods,
manoeuvring in tight spaces, and occasionally lifting heavy objects.
Attention
to Detail: Ability to accurately pick, place, and manage
inventory. Precision in handling goods to prevent damage.

and Productivity: Proven track record of efficient operation,
maximising productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Reliability
and Punctuality: Consistent record of being dependable and on
time, which is critical in dispatch operations where timing is key.

£12.80 per hour, for the first 40 hours
· Overtime
- £16.00 per hour, after 40 hours
Working
Hours – Ability to work various shift (any 5 out of 7 days of the week).
Languages –
speaking English (B1) is required and being able to speak Bulgarian/Ukrainian
is advantageous.

Goatham is seeking a dedicated Machine Setter to ensure the efficient operation
of our manufacturing processes.
As
part of our team, you will set up, operate, and maintain machines, focusing on
producing high-quality goods while adhering to safety standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare and calibrate
machinery according to specifications to meet daily production
requirements, with a keen eye on output quality and production KPIs.
Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently operate
assigned machinery, and monitor performance to detect any deviations,
ensuring adherence to the ACG packing plan.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of finished
products, adjusting machine settings to uphold our high-quality standards.
Maintenance Oversight: Perform routine machine
maintenance and cleaning, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve
production issues, liaising with the maintenance team for complex
challenges.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines
rigorously and maintain a secure working environment.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of operations,
adjustments, and maintenance, reporting any procedural deviations.

Qualifications
and Skills:
Proven machine operation experience, particularly with
flow wrapping/heat sealing production machinery.
Familiarity with at least two of the following: Ulma
flow wrappers, Egatec case packers, MAF palletizers, and ICE date coding
labellers.
Strong attention to detail, quality control, and a
methodical approach to tasks.
Good math skills for accurate measurements and
calculations.
Physical stamina and the ability to manage moderate
weights.
Proficient problem-solving abilities and mechanical
aptitude.
