We are pleased to announce that we are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

Mental health is an issue of increasing importance to all. Covid-19 and the devasting issues in Ukraine have had an impact on the mental health of many of our employees and the wider community too. This has highlighted the need to support employees and our community with the knowledge and tools to understand and nurture their own mental health.

The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 is loneliness. This affects millions of people in the UK every year and is a key driver of poor mental health. Mental Health UK is encouraging everyone to use this week to connect and together we can;

🍎 Raise awareness of the links between mental health and loneliness
🍎 Provide safe and welcoming spaces to talk and support each other
🍎 Upskill people to use technology and keep in touch with loved ones

Fundraising for Mental Health UK will help the charity offer much-needed support for millions of people across the UK.
