Meet Kevin Dawson, AC Goatham and Sons Farm Technician.
 
Kevin has been part of the ACG team for more than 5 years.
 
His key responsibilities are caring for and maintaining our commercial orchards, working with our Munckhof 3 row sprayer providing correct nutrients using satellite mapping of the ground, ensuring each tree gets the right amount of food, our fertiliser is then dispensed automatically, so we only use it where it is needed.
 
We asked Kevin what attracted him to work for ACG to which he said, ‘It’s a great family-run business and always nice when the Directors visit and are happy to chat with you. A great work environment with good people to work with. I live in the village where the farm is located and I have a passion for farming.’
 
Kevin enjoys country pursuits. He enjoys walking around the farm with his wife taking pictures. He also enjoys drone photography.
