Meet Gayle Goatham, AC Goatham & Sons HR & Recruitment Director.

Gayle has been part of the ACG team for more than 18 years and she thoroughly enjoys working with family, close friends and watching her children grow up in farming! Her key responsibilities are HR, recruitment, ethical, contracts, pay, and benefits.

We asked Gayle what attracted her to work for ACG to which she said, ‘A friend got me my first job working in the packhouse when I left school.’

Gayle has two dogs, and after much nagging from herself and her children, a puppy will be joining their family at the end of April…but she had to agree to let her husband name the pup!

We simply could not be more proud of each and every member of our team, the hard work and commitment they show every day.
