On the fourth day of Christmas – Four Calling birds

We see lots of calling birds (songbirds) both native and visiting our orchards at this time of year. Lots of Blackbirds in particular, as they enjoy eating any windfall fruit still on the ground and/or the insects and bugs they attract.
