A tasty warm kale and apple salad, an easy and healthy dish.
500g chopped Kale leaves
1 tbs olive oil
1 chopped Onion
2 Braeburn apples cored and cubed
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2tbs dried cranberries and hazelnuts
Pinch salt & ground black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and stir in the onion and cook until soft. Add the apples, vinegar and season. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Add the kale and cook for a further 4 mins and serve garnished with the nuts and cranberries.
