Banana and apple loaf.

A really simple no make bake, served hot or cold.

 

Ingredients:

7 x eating apples peeled, cored and grated

2 x ripe bananas mashed

1tsp vanilla extract

100ml sunflower oil

2 x beaten eggs

100g ground almonds 

285g plain flour

180g sugar

2tsp baking powder 

2tsp ground cinnamon

 

Method:

Heat the oven to 170C, gas 3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and then divide equally between two greased loaf tins and bake for about 35 minutes or until cooked in the middle.
