Apple, pear and spinach salad.

A tasty and easy recipe for a light lunch or serve as a side dish.



4 handfuls spinach leaves, washed

1 handful strawberries, washed and sliced

1 Zari apple, washed and sliced 

1 Conference pear, washed and sliced

4 Tbs cider vinegar

2 Tbs olive oil

1 Tbs runny honey

1 Tsp poppy seeds

200g feta cheese cut into cubes

100g chopped pecans



Combine the spinach, strawberries, apple, and pear into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider, olive oil, honey and poppy seeds. Pour this over the salad and toss.

Sprinkle with feta cheese, pecans and serve.
